Stress in the workplace is a significant issue for at least a quarter of the working population. Alarmingly, that percentage doubles to almost 50% for those in office jobs. Statistically, that means that one of the coworkers sitting beside you is likely experiencing a substantial amount of stress. At some point, it’s sure to affect you, either directly or indirectly.
